Custom My Prints FAQ's
1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused custom wrapping paper within 30 days of purchase. If there is a defect in the print, simply send us a photo of the defect, and we will replace it at no charge.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS.
3. Can I see my custom designs before they are printed?
Yes! For custom orders with images, we’ll send you an email sample of the design for your approval before printing.
4. What should I do if I receive a defective product?
If you find a defect in your custom wrapping paper, please email us a photo of the issue. Once assessed, we’ll promptly send you a replacement at no cost.
5. Can I return custom orders?
We are unable to accept returns for custom orders unless there is a defect in the product. In such cases, please follow the steps for reporting a defective product.
6. How will I know when my custom design is ready?
We’ll email you a sample of your custom design for review and approval before we move forward with printing.
7. What shipping carrier do you use?
All orders are shipped through USPS to ensure reliable delivery.
8. Can I expedite my order?
At this time, we offer standard shipping only. If you need your order sooner, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
9. What finishes do you offer?
We offer two finishes: Matte and Satin, allowing you to choose the perfect look for your gift.
10. What makes your printing process eco-friendly?
Our custom wrapping paper is printed using GreenGuard UL Certified inks, which have been scientifically tested and proven to have low chemical emissions, ensuring a safer and more sustainable product.
11. Where are your products made?
All of our custom wrapping paper is assembled in the USA using globally sourced parts.
12. What are the care instructions for your wrapping paper?
Wipe clean with a smooth cloth if necessary. Please note that the material is not water-resistant.
13. What is included in my order ?
You will receive 1 roll of the wrapping paper size of your choosing, wrapped on a cardboard roll. Ribbons are not included in order.
14. What is your return policy?
For defective prints, please send us a photo of the defect, and we’ll replace it at no charge.
15. How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days via USPS. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories, delivery may take an additional 7-12 business days.
16. Can I expedite my order?
Currently, we offer standard shipping only. Please contact us if you have an urgent need, and we’ll do our best to assist.
